Well, if we look at 2PM Taecyeon before and after photos, it is obviously seen that he had different looks. These changes reflect as the result of cosmetic surgery.
Look at his nose! In the before picture, it is very clear that his nose appears a little bit bulbous. Meanwhile, in the after photo, his nose looks a bit slimmer. The changes is indeed soft, but it really looks unnatural. I believe that it was as the effect of a rhinoplasty.

I'm sorry but I don't think he had surgery at all. In my opinion it's called growing up, that's what people do. We change all the time, some change more than others that's no reason to add to false rumors.
